Hey group, I am new here. I have been suffering with anxiety for about seven months. It all started with insomnia that hasn't left me. I have been on 10 mg of Celexa for three weeks and haven't really felt any relief. I have constant ruminations and I'm always a bit shaky. At first the Celexa and still to a degree does make me feel very spaced out and detached I hate this feelings and just made my anxiety that much worse. This is the most bothersome symptoms though.
What is the most annoying and can't let me relax all day long is the constant cracking I have in the side of my head above my ears and head pressure all day long. Does anybody else have the symptoms? I know it's from either anxiety or sleep deprivation But would like some insight. Thank you all so much. I hope we all find calmness soon

It may not be anxiety or sleep problems. It sounds a bit like temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJD). Have it checked by a doctor. (Also, best wishes for a cure for the anxiety).
