Help please!!

PLease help....I am afraid on being on my own and wothout the children all the time even in the house....I hate being in a room on my own just in case I pass out all of a sudden...I am living my life in constant fear of dying everydaY...........i AM SO EXHAUSTED I CANNOT PLAY WITH MY CHILDREN

Its very unlikely you will pass out, its anxiety that is making you feel like this.
Have you been to see the GP about the way you are feeling?
