Lump in throat felt more when lying down

Does anyone else feel like the lump in throat/globus can be felt more when lying down?
This happens to me, and I guess it's because of my jaw falling slightly backwards.

Of course it also makes me feel like I have a real lump and makes me worried...

Yes! I've had this for a week now. It feels worse laying when laying down. It feels like I'm choking

For me it feels like someone is pressing down on my throat......does your throat get dry with your Globus?

I have this often, but assumed it was a physical manifestation of the anxiety.

silly question but can someone tell me if globus literally means like a GLOB of something, mines more like a scratchy area on the right side of my throat. Like a thick hair or popcorn kernel or something.
