Adrenalin flush?

Hi i am wondering if this is a flush of adrenalin, was sitting on the sofa and i got a slight uncomfortable faintish feeling then i got a flush through my chest and up like i just had a fright but i was only watching telly, does anyone else get these. I have'nt had one for a while? and i am also getting a full feeling in my throat/back of my nose like i am going to get problems swallowing?

I get both of those things, must be anxiety, I try not to notice it. I've been alot better recently in general, but still get the feeling you describe.
