Hi I'm not new but was last on about 9 yrs ago lol so I thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm Emma 42 single mum to 5 children and have 1 grandchild.
I came here many moons ago because my intrusive thoughts were so bad I had planned to end my life. Finding this site and seeing I wasn't alone was the biggest relief in the world.
So I've come back to help and advice others, to share my story (sassys story) and to keep getting the wonderful support this site has always offered and hopefully make new friends on the way. Much love ❤
