Hi people,
I am a 37 year old male suffering from generalized anxiety disorder and depression. I am currently prescribed venlafaxine and mirtazapine for my condition. Was told about this site by my doctor so decided to give it a go. At the moment my current state is high anxiety, can't sit still or relax, racing heart and the shakes etc. Some kind advice would be highly appreciated.
