Strange bump back of throat

Hi all,

I just got over a bit of a viral sinus infection about a month ago. I suffer from allergies and post nasal drip this time of year. A couple weeks ago I noticed that I had this strange bump in the back of my throat. It's directly in the back of my throat, kind of hard, no pain of any kind. It's kind of freaking me out though. Is this normal? :weep:

Especially considering the sinus infection you had recently got over beforehand and the allergies you get I'd say its definitely okay x
