32, Male, US - Open to a two-way vent and friendship

Hello,

I'm 32, but I have dealt with severe anxiety for my entire life, or at least for as long as I can remember. I've pretty much accepted long ago that this is who I am, that this will be part of me for as long as I'm on this earth.

But I hate it. What's more, literally no one I know can relate to what it is like to live like this. I'm a pretender - ashamed of my anxiety, I mask it with lies and excuses so no obe will know.

I just want a friend. Someone I can talk to and who can relate to me. I'm more than happy to offer the same support to anyone who needs it.
