Was in a friend's car today and it was really cramped up (a small car).

Legs were in a weird position for a 2hr trip. All of the sudden an aching pain in the back of my right knee came about and has come on and off since then. (Been about 7hrs now).

I've been fidddling around with the back off the knee to make sure there isn't any swelling but it's still kinda painful. Does anyone have any experience with DVT? Worried it might be this but at the same time acknowledging that it's unlikely due to my age and absence of other symptoms?

If it was a DVT, would it only get worse?

Thanks guys.

I absolutely do NOT think you're at risk for DVT. Not even close. When they say "long trips" tend to be a risk factor, it's usually several hours - 7 or 8, or more, I think. I've taken a ton of 2-ish hour trips in fairly cramped vehicles in my life, no DVT. I'm sure you'll be fine.
