hi havn,t been on here for maybe over a month or even more. but this morning when I came out work it was like I found it hard to breath I had to keep breathing hard. it went not long after. but left me feeling anxious an although im fine now. im still scared just incase I have it again. I,ve had it before but not in months maybe almost a year.i have got a chesty cough not bad but here and there. so I took some medican. maybe that did the trick. but I just keep thinking what if. and why?:scared15:

And just I went down stairs and had throbbing pain in my bone at left side of chest gone now just a split second.
