Hello everyone, I have this weird fear of depression.
More the fear of getting depressed and eventually committing suicide (I read an article that suicide is very common with anxiety or something), and I'm really afraid of that, that's why I also suffer from HA and OCD.
Has any of you also suffered with this? Every time I'm sad I start to freak out!
