View Full Version : Hello - Health anxious and confused

Hi all,

I've always been a bit of hypochondriac but have now reached new levels of anxiety after combination with exam stress. The main symptoms I have are mental fog/confusion (this is thoroughly frustrating when trying to revise), fatigue and being anxious all over.



What tips do people have for coping?

Unfortunately there is no quick fix, but you should be able to find lots of tips here osted by others. (some will work for you, some won't)
I will say in regards to the health anixety, my doctor has repeatedly said to me, "not every sensation is a symptom."
So when my body feels strange or I notice something that perhaps I didn't before, I try to keep that in mind.
