Does anyone find themselves getting very trapped in memories?
I keep having intense memories and get very panicked because of them

I am assuming you are referring to traumatic memories? I used to get this a lot but my therapist taught me to rewrite the story and read it out loud so that it wasn't traumatic. It helps as I don't see them so bad now.
