vision symptoms help

I don't know if im losing vision completly or if this is a 'normal' thing that my anxious mind is confusing as a symptom?

Like if im looking at a text message, the one above it and below it kinda disappear?

Im struggling with other visual disturbances and think i have cjd but ive had a clear mri of my brain.

My anxiety would give me vision symptoms sometimes. Mine was more related to a blurry sensation sometimes. If i have anything like that happen i just drink some water and try to close my eyes for a bit and it usually helps it.
