Hello,

I'm a late 20's female from London, I've had a low to intermediate level of anxiety since my teenage years but in the past few months I started having panic attacks for the first time before a big overseas trip. I'm currently on my trip and have been battling panic attacks every few days. Hoping to share stories of experiences with other people to better understand the nature of this illness.
