Citalopram an Pregabalin not working...

So, I've been on the Citalopram for over ten years and two a day of Pregabalin for about four or so months. The Pregabalin has made re right dozy, but I'm still going through very bad spells of anxiety mixed with depression. The hope was that this would stop the problem of coming off the Citalopram and onto something else. I'm getting a bit embarrassed keeping going back to him saying how things are. Anyone else come off these drugs and onto something else?

I take escitalopram, similar to citalopram along with pregablin with also mirtazpine, all at low doses and have helped. I started on the escitalopram a year or so ago and since had the other drugs added. Have to say, they did help, but now I have suffered a bot of a blip and think might need doses tweeked
What dose of pregabalin are you on?
I found switching meds is nest done by lowering dose of old one while slowing increasing dose of replacement
