hello everyone

Just a quick intro, Im agoraphobic and have been for the last 20 ++ years. had it mostly under control but now its come back again in full force. Have never joined any sort of group dealing with this before but now Im just so tired of having to organise my life around pills ie "if I want to go out later today then I must take my pill" so have decided to be a bit more pro active about dealing with it. Guess you could say this my first step into the unknown :blush:
