I couldnt sleep before an exam so in the morning on 30 mins sleep I drank a coffee and lucozade. In the exam my hand became stiff and felt like it was cramping up (non writing left hand). What could have caused this? I am worried as I sometimes get discomfort in my left arm and hand which radiates from my shoulder so I am worried about heart problems at only 20 someone please help...
