I have heartburn tonight...worried it could be a heart attacking starting :(

Hi guys,

I started getting some heart burn around 15 minutes ago. I just took a Tums to see if it would pass.

I'm a little worried about the worst. I don't usually get heart burn this intense. Could garlic cause this? I'm just trying to be rational and think of some of the things I ate today.

I might as well add I also have at least one orange a day and I did drink a glass of orange juice with my dinner tonight. Could the citrus cause the heart burn? Ugh my mind is all over.

I get bad heartburn and indigestion that is painful. It usually goes away with a TUMS, but sometimes I need to take another one.
