Hello everyone
I started dealing with anxiety this summer, out of nowhere. I have loving parents, a loving boyfriend, and good grades at uni.

I looked through my blood tests, and I saw my that my B12 had dropped from 280 ng/l to 193 ng/l in the timeframe of about a year.

So I went to the GP and addressed this, because the bloodtest with the low B12 was taken in July. She took my blood again yesterday, and prescribed me a vitamin B-complex and a fluid of B12, that I have to take once a week.
So, yesterday I took the B-complex and B12, but in the evening, I started to feel really depressed, and this is still going on.
Do I have to stop it? I don't know what to do :(

Is it maybe unrelated to the B-12? Could there be other reasons you were having a rough night?

Vitamin B can make things feel worse before they get better, unfortunately. As you have a liquid I'd suggest starting low and working your way up slowly.

Hope that helps, please post how you get on :)

I'd say it's unrelated to the B12

My anxiety got quite a lot worse when I started with B12. Is it different for depression?
