I've woken up this morning with a dull pain in the middle of my chest which is worse when I cough. I've got an impacted wisdom tooth infection and due to see a dentist on Monday afternoon but I'm terrified that the infection has spread. I've got a bit of a cold (stuffy nose, mucus cough) as well. What could this be? Am I dying?
