Evening All,
Since Xmas ive been having issues with my neck on the right hand side, An inch or 2 right of my adams apple travelling towards the direction of ear (but doesn't go up there just in neck). It doesn't really hurt at all, its more of a dull ache, sometimes feels thick if that makes sense. Im aware of it and generally cant stop thinking or worrying about it. Carnt really feel any bumps or swelling, No swallowing issues either. Doesn't hurt more or less when I turn neck etc. Is this likely to be my anxiety, or should I be worried it could be something more?
