I am really worried about this pulsing/whooshing in my ear when I lay down. I keep trying to tell myself it's just anxiety since I've had a rough week, but it's so bothersome and feels awful. Can tight neck muscles cause this? Because I do have those. Just looking for reassurance since I can't sleep and I do not want this to turn into a panic attack.
