Hi all

Hope you have all had a super weekend.

I'm al long time sufferer of GAD/emetaphobia and at the moment things are pretty good. However does anyone find that even when things are good and you feel good you still have that nagging voice at the back of your head stops you from 100% focusing on the fun and thinking this isn't going to last it'll all go wrong again. I'd like to stop this anyone got any suggestions!
