Please help I'm going thru hell at moment I stopped taking my meds (sertraline) for couple months now the doctor has put me on high does about 100 mg I've been having lots of aches pains and chest pains which are shooting pains but I've been 2 a&e everyday and had 9 ecgs and they said its anxiety but it keeps happening I'm convinced its my heart

9 ecg's I can assure you that your heart is fine. That's a lot of test for them to pick up stuff.
