Symptoms on one side only

Does anyone have experience with most if not all of their symptoms brought on by anxiety affecting one side of the body? Not necessarily during panic attacks but the nagging symptoms we have that make us fear something worse.

the right side of my body seems to exhibit more symptoms than the rest of me. I think it has more to do with my crap posture than anything but yes I do notice it.

the right side of my body seems to exhibit more symptoms than the rest of me. I think it has more to do with my crap posture than anything but yes I do notice it.

My right side also tends to be my problem side. More aches, more pains, more twitches if I focus on it, more perceived weakness and fatigue, more tingling and weird sensations.

The only exception is my left ear. I have horrible tinnitus in that one while my right isn't nearly as bad.
