Howdy yall,
I'm 40, work as a translator, father of 2 and plagued with anxiety via health phobia at a point where I considered taking the easy way out a couple of times.
When I was a teenager and a young adult I've read an enormous amount of medical litterature, alas. I would take that away in a heartbeat if I could but it's too late. All the good juicy stuff about cancers and their sympotoms, horrible neurological maladies and their manifestations, etc. that good stuff broke in, never came out. I NEVER ask Google M.D for diagnosis (that's one of my inner iron law); however have I read enough of that medical crap for a lifetime of psychic ailment and anguish.

I've browsed the forum a little and I have to say it feels good not to be all alone in what I call the badlands of my brains. You all know how hard it is to cope with the fact that people around you just can't understand and embrace how horrid the condition, how desperate the feeling.

I'm glad I could introduce myself here, and above all I hope I can be of some help for others who go through that particular hell of ours.
