I have been plagued by anxiety (GAD+HA) for years now, so it is not news to me.
But this is something I haven't experienced yet.
As I was getting ready to leave the house, I felt so weak, so feeble, like I was about to collapse any second.
There was some back pain (in the middle, around kidneys), and a general feeling that was pushing me into a fetal position of sorts.
I don't know how much sense this is making, I'm sorry.
For a second, it felt like I was really going to pass out.
I am better now, still a bit shaky, but better.
My skin feels cold, and I feel like I have the flu.
Is this anxiety or have my kidneys stopped working?
My mind is telling me that it is just probably stress and tiredness, but HA is telling me a whole different story.

Ignore HA, it doesn't know its arse from its elbow.

How has your diet been lately? Eating well?

Yes, I have been eating well, also taking vitamins.
Yesterday I had a majorly busy day, and this morning I felt like I haven't gotten that much sleep.

Almost 12 hours later, I still feel a bit shaky.
My temperature is normal, but I feel like I'm coming down with a flu or something.
And I'm a bit nauseated :(
