Hey guys I'm a 17 year old girl. I did something really dumb, my friend was vaping and asked if I wanted to try it. I was stupid and inhaled a little, I immediately blew it out and could feel it in my throat. I just did it that one time, none after that. My throat felt pretty weird for a few minutes, that was my first time ever doing anything like that. Now it feels better after I got a drink and I feel fine but I'm freaking myself out. I feel like my throat is kinda tickling and every little body sensation I'm figuring is from that. I'm so scared that little thing is going to kill me or something. Do you think I'm just freaking myself out? Is it normal for me throat to feel kinda strange? It wasn't a deep inhale at all. Now I'm worried I'm going to get lung cancer or something...
