Neck at it again

Hey guys I'm back with the neck thing
Will I hurt it while massaging my neck, I got the same pain of it shooting down my spine and arms. Since then I have neck pain along with a headache that does not go away. I want to go to the ER thinking I might be on my way to a stroke.... Yup it's there.... I have an uncle that just passed away from a stroke so that is egging me on right now... overreacting right??

Sounds to me like a pinched nerve, been there, it's awful.

Have you considered going to a chiropractor?

Mine saved me. Took xrays. Showed me where the problem was. I went through treatment and now have exercises to do at home to keep the muscles strong.

It doesn't sound like a stroke. Go to your doctor and discuss it with him. It could just be tense muscles.
