I was laying down and all of a sudden my chest felt like it was throbbing and my heart was going out of sync it made me feel out of breathe for a second. It seemed to go up my upper abdomen to my chest it only lasted 5 seconds but I've never experienced that before. All day ive head palpitations and felt my heart beating stronger. I am sick right now with a cold. I've had ekgs and echo's last year and they came back normal but I'm scared I'm developing a heart problem. The doctor suspected I have POTS syndrome because every time I stand up my heart rate goes above 130 then goes back to normal once I sit down.
