I have a final credit with Audible and am hoping to get a good audio book to try and help with my anxiety. Can anyone recommend a decent one?

Possibilities so far are 'Rewire You Anxious Brain', 'The Chimp Paradox' and 'Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway'.

Thank you in advance.

I love Audible. 3 of my favourites.

"The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle

"How to Stop Worrying and Start Living" by Dale Carnegie

"The Obstacle is the Way" BY Ryan Holiday

Thanks for the recommendations. I'd never really thought about the self help anxiety books on Audible until just recently. I've listened to Autobiographies (listening to Bryan Cranston's at the moment) and realised if I'm having a bad night, listening to them in bed help me relax, as you can really listen and take it in with minimal effort. At the moment I feel like anything is worth trying.
