About 6 months ago I discovered 3 Lymph Nodes In my Neck For the first time. Every Since I Discovered Them I've been Extremely Worried About Them I Went to my Gp 2 months Ago and She said she's not concerned. I was Reassured for about a week Then I started worrying again. They have remained the same size since September No growth At all I had a Viral infection early September maybe that's the cause. I just wish I can Stop worrying about them im supposed to be focused on enlisting in the navy not worrying about lymph nodes!

I've had one behind my ear since before Christmas. It isn't sore or tender and hasn't changed size, so my anxiety has settled. Would still like to know the cause though :(
