Hey all,
I'm wondering if this sounds like a symptom of anxiety, or if it's some sort of health problem.
Anyways, last night I had a sneezing fit, and sneezed multiple times pretty violently. My anxiety mainly focuses on my brain and brain injuries, and I was concerned all of the quick head jerks when sneezing was bad, and I got a headache shortly after.
I took a sleeping pill, but I was so anxious, I really had trouble sleeping last night, throughout the night, my headache slowly turned into a burning sensation on the skin of my forehead, very similar to a sunburn. This is a new symptom, and I'm curious if anxiety could cause it, but I've had it since this morning, and at this point I'm really worried that I did in fact do damage to my brain...
