Does Anyone Have a Fear of Airplanes?

So I used to ravel lots but now Im honestly petrified of going on an airplane and that ill have some sort of medical emergency and ill die. Pretty weird but it has really hindered my travels. I want to visit my long distance bf in London this summer, but Im so scared! Any recommendations?

Used to fly alot when i was a teenager and early 20s..then was hit with mental health and became phobic of planes and many other things.never flown again since.im now 50..over 25years without going anywhere by plane.gutted.hopefully you will get bwck up in the air soon
