Hi there, Everybody! Thank you for reading this- I love and appreciate this community wholly and completely!
I am worried because I am having pain in my left arm (kind of the whole thing, though mostly the upper arm) and it radiates into my armpit and chest area a bit. Even my jaw a little? It's not strong pain, maybe a 2.5 or small 3 on a scale of 1-10. It's an annoying ache! I'm worried that I might be about to have a heart attack or something! I am 20 years old, a healthy weight, and my biggest health problem right now is gastro stuff!
I am also left handed and I frequently dance, so I could have pulled my arm. Do you think that is possible? Could I have slept on it wrong? When I stretch, I can crack my elbow (this I can do always) and the pain radiates a little.
Do you guys think I am in big danger? I am scared!! Thank you so much!! Love to you all. :bighug1:
