Hi all,
I know you probably heard this all before but still here is my version.
I just got married to the man of my dreams.
I just moved into the house of my dreams.
I am doing what I love to do most in life.
Yet I have been suffering from sudden feelings of overwhelming pressure in my chest. Having anxiety and panic attacks, being irritated by my lovely kids and new hubby. This is just not ME!!!! I just had my 48th birthday still have regular periods. What the hell is going on? :shrug:
I get a lump in my throat sometimes and for the last ten days (since my wedding & 48th birthday) I have slumped to an all time low, exhaustion, fatigue, light headed and panic attacks.
Desperate not to take any medications, unless its the only way to calm me down, and stop me ruining everything I have worked so hard for.
