Does anyone else get burning and tingling on there skin as an anxiety symptom? :blush:

Thanks for responding I get it on my back and feet, more burning feeling than tingling. Its amazing to me what anxiety can cause.

Yes, sometimes I will feel like my face is burning hot, almost like a fever, and like my eyes are hot and dry.
I only have the numbness in my hands and feet when I have a panic attack and hyperventilate, or when my anxiety causes me to breathe too shallowly.

Yes, I had a 'sunburnt back' feeling for 6 weeks.....hideous!

Yeah Beth, tingling has been one of my symptoms for 10 years newly. It goes when I move about. It's an adrenaline thing. One member termed it the "buzzing bees" and that's accurate for how mine feels.

Paraesthesia is a known anxiety symptom group, it may sound scary but it covers things like pins & needles, ant crawling sensations, etc.
