I don't know if this is anxiety, depression or reality

Hi all

I've been ok for a few weeks then last night after seeing a Facebook post I've just hit rock bottom. Haven't slept, haven't been to work have literally just cried most of the day. Haven't heard from my partner all day either which doesn't help cos I've got major relationship anxiety. Very sad, git a headache from crying and am scared I'm slipping back down.

What have you suffered from in the past?- Does what you're feeling now feel similar or different? Is the thing you saw online on facebook something that would normally upset you this much, or do you feel like the upset you are feeling is more severe than you think it should be?

Yeah I've had this before, I hate it so much. I don't know what to do
