Hello thanks for all your help. Assessment has been done, and we are awaiting outcome can anyone offer us any advice in the meantime?

The assessment took place on Tuesday 10th, his benefits were paid the following Tuesday? Does this mean that everything’s ok? And were just awaiting the official letter confirming that esa will continue? At the assessment we took much evidence, solicitor’s letters, a strong doctor’s letter and other accompanying evidence.

If people remember we complained to Maximus as there was no esa50 form filled in. The advocate that went with him protested strongly, first via a phone call and then at the appointment. He handed in a document/ complaint stating that the assessment was attended under protest for the reason that no esa form was sent or filled in and that the ‘client’ attending would be at a severe disadvantage due to this, signed by advocate and also the person.

What/is there anything else we need to do in the meantime? I.e. gather more evidence etc???
