palpitation

I had what I think is a palpitation. I have had many over the years but this time I just had this sinking feeling in chest and a surge of adrenaline only in the chest. I didn't feel my heart flutter or skip a beat and my heart didn't race after it so how could I have this rush without my heart going faster ?

Sounds like a PVC. I get that feeling often.
