Stomach ache feeling

I just had a little laugh and my stomach felt winded I'm concerned I'll vomit as I can feel the acid in my stomach churning away and I don't want to sleep feeling scared over this
I'm still faintly getting the odd winded feeling in my stomach mixed with the acid in my stomach
If anyone can help that'd be great
