So I've been coping with my anxiety quite well recently. Still am but I've been experiencing more headaches and fatigue. I'm randomly becoming more tired early on and sometimes in the mid day! This is new for me? Can anxiety cause this?
Can do, but could be a number of reasons. Sleep/Diet/Exercise/ etc....
With all else being equal, I think tiredness generally creates space for anxiety, rather than anxiety creating tiredness.
Thats not to say stress and anxiety doesn't make you more tired, because it does. But being tired on its own will create stress and anxiety.
