Loss of appetite

I woke up today at 1 went to town and can't back and ate 2 small pastrys and haven't eaten anything since, I've drank a lot I guess today and I feel some hunger pains but I just don't eat.

I'm scared to eat now and I don't know if I'm unwell or if this is just random can someone help please

In stress periods My appetite goes into a strange little pit, like a scared little furry thing, and does not come out until my mind has seen the light of the day again.

when my anxiety is high, my appetite can either become ferocious or dissapear completely. when I started meds, it was high and one of the side effects of the meds was increased appetite, I packed on 20 quicker than you can say bobs your uncle, and I can easily swing 5-10 pounds in any given week
