worried! cant sleep, help

Hi there, wells its 4,30am and I cant sleep �� will get straight to the point in worrying I have pancreas cancer or liver stomach, I have been having a pain in my upper stomach in the middle just below rib cage for a couple of days, stupidly I googled and guess what came up. I had a panic attack a few days ago with a racing heart also. The logic part of my brain is thinking maybe it could be trapped wind but I'm not really bloated can anyone give me any advice reassurance ��

I've had pain in that exact spot most of my life... I'm 57.

Hi Nancy thank you for your reply, Its been a awful week the panic attack I had the other day was the worst I have ever had and ever since then i have been feeling so ill, the pain is like a shooting pain directly below ribs in trying to remain calm now but all I can think about Is "what if's"
