Hello, I'm new here. Nice to meet you.
I have eye floaters for about 5 years now, and I'm really worried! It first appeared when I visit the school dentist when I was 16. The dentist used a kind of laser (purple or blue light, can't remember) and no one told me I can't look at it. Until the assistant noticed it, and told me to look away. But it seems the damage is already done. The next day onwards, I have these annoying floaters, about 9 of them, not as big as a coin.
These days I'm preparing for school and everything, the floaters are affecting my reading. I feel like I should see an eye doctor.. but I'm scared. Should I? I'm having the anxiety. What if they can't treat me..? They can, right? But will there be risks? Does anyone have similar problems with me?
