numb feeling

I went up town this morning with my kids and all of a sudden my feet and legs went numb or like a feeling like they wernt there. Then my hand felt the same. I,d say more of a feeling like they wernt there. It scared me but I carried on. I have had I have had these feelings before but not for a long time. Actualy come to think about it it felt like when your realy drunk and you have that bidy feeling of not being your own body.

Anxiety can cause chemical imbalance, which is what alcohol does. which can cause all kinds of neurological symptoms.
Like the out of body feeling you're describing.
