Nerve feeling in right testicle

I was feeling my testicles and when I touched the bottom of the right one it felt like a nerve feeling went through the testicle, there was no lump or swelling. Is this a normal feeling? I felt again and it didn't do it but my anxiety is sky high

Absolutely normal to get sting/electric shock feeling in the tests
If you touch the right part. Happened to me loads of times.
