Hi everyone:)
has anybody got any advice or having similar experiences.When im walking i sometimes get palpitations,especially when ive finished my walk and im "cooling down" is there any link between exercise and palpitations? its making me very scared to exercise now.
Ive had 48 hour monitor and scan 3 years ago and had 2 ecgs and blood tests within past year all fine.I told my doctor about these things and she said i could have beta blockers if they distress me too much but im scared to take tabs!
Im ok if i have palpitations if im resting but when exercising(obviously using my heart more )it sends me into panic.
