Wetting the bed!

so.. I wet the bed last night.. and didn't even realise till I woke up in the morning!

please tell me this is normal! lol

Hi Chris welcome aboard to NMP :) Have you had this problem a while or just started? Do you have any other MH issues that you may have? This is a long shot but it may be fear based that is causing this to happen? I dunno though! One explanation is it could be a side effect of some of the meds you may be on? The other thing is when do you at night stop having liquid like water perhaps if you are drinking a lot of liquid just before you go to bed might explain why you have a problem :) Cheers
